Pyerite tops 10 ISK per unit

Yesterday, I had buy orders up for 7.64 ISK per unit for Pyerite, and they were being fulfilled. Today I logged on and checked my orders. Good job I was sitting down, as a number of not insignificant orders had been placed / adjusted leaving me needing to set my buy orders at almost 10 ISK per unit to still be competitive. Some orders in the region were actually for above 10 ISK per unit.
This leaves me now wondering if this is the start, or just a delayed reaction. Mineral prices had dropped back a bit, no doubt due to those looking to profit from the stockpiles pre-Inferno, but now perhaps we’re starting to see the true effect of the Inferno “adjustments” to module drops and drone mineral nerfs.
All I know is that the minerals I purchased for significantly lower than current market prices, are now either being sold, or in the process of being turned into, carriers and dreadnoughts, all of which seem to be selling at healthy profit margins even if you base things on current mineral prices.
My current production schedule is 1x Moros, 3x Thanatos (all for orders), 2x Archon and 3x Nidhoggur (for selling on public contracts). I’m also about to put more 425mm Railgun I’s into production for another 5 carriers, and still am considering the easiest way to move that 600 million units of Tritanium for another project.

Man I remember buying and selling pyerite at 3-4 isk each.
Remember when the nitrogen isotopes were ~500 ISK and not ~1500 ISK? Good times.
Things are going to get…expensive
